A shortlist of almost 40 names, projects and companies will compete in the 2024 OxPropFest Awards.
Judging took place at New College in Oxford last Thursday (June 20) and we can now reveal which entrants made the shortlist.
Entries for the 10 awards have been of extremely high quality. The categories of Project of the Year and Employer of the Year (new in 2024) were exceptional compared to previous years, making the choice very difficult for the judges.
UK Property Forums managing director Matthew Battle picked out Project of the Year and Employer of the Year from the 10 categories in this year’s awards, attracting particularly high standards.
He said: “ Having launched the event in 2018, I am really pleased to confirm that the depth and quality of submissions continue to surprise and delight me.
‘In many ways, this reflects the high levels of activity across Oxfordshire and the range of projects and consultants now working on recently completed projects.
“This has been reflected in the high level of demand for tickets for the awards night at Keble College on September 12 and means we shall have a full house of 308 attendees – along with our special guest, Dame Katherine Grainger.”
