Thames Tap sponsor mode transport planning has closed its Thames Vally office in Reading to concentrate on its key operations around London, Birmingham and Manchester.

The company issued a statement on Tuesday, November 29. It read: “As of 25th November 2022, we have taken the difficult decision to close our Reading office as we refocus on expanding our operations in Manchester, Birmingham and London.

“As the nation’s three biggest cities it is the right time for us to give our undivided attention to these key strategic locations.”

In October, mode announced the departure from the business of director Lara Fitzgerald. Chris Holdup has overseen Thames Valley operations since then from the London office.
