IT firm CGI has taken 24,000 sq ft of offices at Campus in Reading and will relocate from Green Park.

The technology and business consulting services firm has signed a 10-year lease at Tristan Capital Partners and Alchemy Asset Management’s refurbished, 375,000 sq ft, BREEAM Excellent-rated building next to J11 of the M4.

Guy Bishop, director of Alchemy Asset Management, said: “Campus has proved yet again that exceptional amenities and ESG credentials, coupled with strong road access and public transport provision, make it the class leading out of town office in Reading, which in itself has witnessed strong levels of office take up so far this year, ahead of the long term average.”

Stuart Chambers, director, Greater London and South East office agency at Savills, which acted alongside Bray Fox Smith for Tristan and Alchemy on the letting, said: “We are delighted to welcome another high profile company to Campus and have no doubt that CGI’s employees will thrive in the amenity rich, sustainable workplace they are moving to.”
