Trebor and Hillwood have let 33,139 sq ft Unit 7 at Access @ Eastern Gateway Ipswich to an unnamed national distributor.
The occupier, who wishes to remain confidential, has taken immediate occupation following the speculative scheme’s completion earlier this Summer.
Greg Dalton, development director for Trebor, said; “We’re delighted to have completed the Lease and to welcome this fantastic occupier to our scheme in Ipswich. We worked closely with them to ensure the legal process was done on a fast-track basis, with both parties wanting to achieve occupation as soon as possible. The Lease was completed within five weeks of agreeing terms which is a great result.”
Four units remain, ranging from 12,897 sq ft to 52,491 sq ft, and are available for immediate occupation. The scheme is part of the wider Eastern Gateway commercial park.
Lambert Smith Hampton acted on behalf of the occupier, while Savills acted for Trebor and Hillwood.
