More of the luxury flats at Ebb & Flow in Reading have been unveiled.

The Flow building of 184 flats has now hit the market at the Build-to-Rent development, part of Station Hill.

The building hosted an open house on June 8 to celebrate the launch.

Ebb welcomed its first wave of residents in August 2023 and has since won HomeView’s ‘best place to live in Reading’ and achieved third place in the ‘best place to live in the Southeast of England’ category.

Ebb & Flow residents will be able to access two acres of public space and a walkway that will link the station and North Reading to the town centre.

Tony Bullen, Ebb & Flow community manager for operator Native Residential, said: “We’re truly delighted to launch Flow, completing the Ebb & Flow duo in the heart of town. After our fantastic rating of ‘best place to live in Reading,’ we are confident that we offer a best-in-class service that makes Ebb & Flow a real home for our residents.

“Reading is a truly thriving town, and we know these apartments will provide a happy home for young professionals and families looking to combine the best of both city and country living.”

A grand opening of the current phases of Station Hill will be held in the Autumn.
