The developer of Aldershot’s Union Yard scheme has appointed Three Sixty Space to manage and maintain its 82 Build-to-Rent flats.
The BTR operator, a division of Leaders Romans Group (LRG), will operate the one and two-bedroom, contemporary, energy-efficient apartments which will be let by LRG’s own letting specialist Romans.
Justine Edmonds, head Of Build-to-Rent for LRG, said: “The Union Yard regeneration scheme will transform the heart of Aldershot town centre and LRG are delighted to be involved. With demand being high, our local branch have already started to see a flurry of interest.
“These brand new homes will add much-needed supply to the Aldershot rental market.”
Union Yard is a council regeneration scheme that will see the comprehensive redevelopment of a run down area of the town centre.
The development, due for completion in Q4 2024, will have:
- 128 student units, students’ study and breakout space
- 82 one and two-bedroom contemporary energy-efficient apartments
- 18 affordable homes
- 12 flexible commercial and retail units
- Makers’ Yard, offering small creative workshop spaces for small, independent businesses
- New public square, linking the High Street and Union Street
