PDR plans have been submitted for the conversion of a dated office block in Bracknell into 78 flats.
ECH SPV has applied to Bracknell Forest Council for prior approval to convert Fitzwilliam House in Skimped Hill Lane into 57 flats designed for one person and 21 designed for two. All are one-bedroom flats.
The converted building  will have 78 car parking spaces and 78 cycle spaces.
The 51, 600 sq ft, part four, part six-storey L-shaped building is currently vacant.
The team on the project includes Dara Capital on planning and RBA Acoustics on sound.
