Plans for up to 115 homes near Witney have been revealed in a screening request.

Lioncourt Strategic Land has applied, via Savills, to West Oxfordshire District Council to ask if an environmental impact assessment would be required for the development of an eight-hectare site to the south west of North Leigh, a village around 1.75km north east of Witney.

The site, which is west of Common Road and the A4095, is arable farmland, bounded by other agricultural fields and is close to North Leigh Football Club.

Access is proposed via the south-eastern boundary off Common Road.

Architect on the scheme is LDA Design.
