Plans have been submitted for up to 47 homes in Brierton in Buckinghamshire.
Obsidian Strategic’s outline plans, submitted to Buckinghamshire Council, seek permission to develop a 2.59-hectare site, south-east of the A418 Aylesbury Road. The land is currently used for grazing.
The application allows for 25 per cent affordable homes and up to 0.8 hectares will be kept for public open space.
The team on the project includes Walsingham on planning, Carter Jonas on architecture, KMC on transport planning and Urban Edge Environmental Consulting on ecology.
