Previously refused plans for 148 homes in Three Mile Cross have gone to appeal.

Wates Developments’ proposals to develop a 12-hectare site, east of Hayes Drive and just south of the M4, were refused by Wokingham Borough Council last Summer which said it was inappropriate development outside of development limits within the countryside.

Wates has now appealed the decision and an enquiry is to open on February 25 with a decision expected by April.

The team on the project includes Woolf Bond on planning, Re-Format on architecture and Motion on transport.
