Flats in Artisi, the residential development in Hammersmith’s Civic Campus, are now on sale.
The 99 one- and two-bedroom flats, designed by RSHP architects, are spread over four floors and are situated opposite the Grade II listed Town Hall on a new public piazza.
The campus surrounding the piazza will also include a new music hall, an arthouse cinema, public rooftop gardens, galleries, restaurants, cafes, shops and offices.
Artisi includes a private residents’ roof terrace with views across the Thames to Hammersmith Bridge, plus a gym, concierge service and onsite security.
FABRICA, part of A2Dominion, which is developing the scheme in partnership with Hammersmith & Fulham Council, says that the development includes a small selection of wheelchair-accessible apartments.
Prices start from £595,000 for a one-bedroom apartment, £795,000 for a two-bedroom apartment and £900,000 for a fourth four penthouse.
These private sale flats are just part of the residential development. When completed, it will provide a total of 204 flats, with the other 105 available to local people through shared ownership and affordable social rent.
The shared ownership flats are set to launch in the Autumn.
