Homes in Quincy House, the latest phase of the Brentford Project, are now on sale from £350,000.

The developer, Ballymore, is launching sales on October 19. The apartments include one, two, and three bedrooms, and many include a spacious terrace.

The homes will have views over Kew Gardens and the River Thames while close to good transport facilities and Brentford FC.

Overlooking Town Wharf Basin, Quincy House marks the connection point between the High Street, lanes and bustling open squares, and the waterside that The Brentford Project has re-opened and re-connected.

Named after John Quincy Adams, the sixth President of the United States, whose links to Brentford started in the early 18th century, Quincy House takes inspiration from Brentford’s industrial heritage to create a place uniquely suited to its location and able to meet all the requirements of modern life.

The apartments will have access to the Wick,  a private residents club and other amenities on the development.
