A deal has been struck to deliver 196 homes at Tattenhoe Park on the outskirts of Milton Keynes.

Vistry Group, Homes England and affordable-housing provider Paradigm Housing Group have exchanged contracts for the delivery of the new mixed-tenure homes which will be delivered under Vistry’s Countryside Partnerships brand.

Around 1,300 properties will eventually be built at Tattenhoe Park.

Within this phase, 59 affordable one, two and three-bedroom homes will be delivered, while the private homes will be a mix of two, three, four and five-bedroom units.

The reserved matters application was submitted at the start of the year and a determination is expected in early Spring. Work is anticipated to start at the end of 2024, pending approval of the application.

Verity MacMahon, managing director of Vistry Central Home Counties, said: “This site has been progressing at pace since it launched back in 2022 and we’re thrilled to be continuing our relationship with Homes England – as well as working with Paradigm Housing – to deliver this next phase at Tattenhoe Park.

“Our shared commitment to providing high-quality, mixed-tenure housing is key to the development’s success and we’re looking forward to starting work on the next phase.”
