Awards Format
The EastPropAwards is targeted at projects, people, and places that are located across the East of England and will be judged by a panel with extensive experience and knowledge. For the sake of clarity, this covers the property sectors (office, industrial, retail, science and residential) located in the counties of Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Essex, Hertfordshire, Norfolk and Suffolk. The Judges will be looking for submissions that cover the 12 months in 2024 but can cover a wider time frame if the gestation period has been over longer than 12 months. All submissions must also reflect the local market with a nod towards the vernacular of the East of England. Where possible site visits from the Judges will take place but this may not always be possible – note that full a list of the Terms & Conditions as listed on the individual submission forms.
Diary Dates
- Thursday, 6th February 2025 – Award nominations opens
- Friday, 28th March 2025 – Award nominations closes
- Tuesday, 6th May 2025 – Shortlist announced in The Forum – Eastern Echo
- Thursday, 26th June 2025 – The EastPropAwards at Homerton College
HOW TO ENTER
Evidence can be financial/numerical, including past awards or just your own carefully crafted words. However, it must all be wrapped up in a short document (two pages A4 text max, excluding images and supporting photos) with supporting hi-res photos, a hi-res logo (jpeg or eps) or video.
