The final vacant unit at a property in Peterborough has been let to an accountancy firm.

Savills, on behalf of Darward Ltd, has agreed the deal with Gross Klein Wood Accountants on the final vacant unit at 26B Tesla Court, Innovation Way.

Gross Klein Wood Accountants has taken a 574 sq ft first floor office suite for a three year term at the office which is at Lynch Wood on Peterborough Business Park, close to the city centre.

Other occupiers in Lynch Wood include The Norwich & Peterborough Building Society, Thomas Cook, National Kidney Research, and Marriot Hotel.

James Anderson in the commercial agency team at Savills Peterborough, said: “We are delighted to welcome Gross Klein Wood Accountants to Tesla Court. This new letting means that 26 Tesla Court is now fully let which is testament to the continued demand for office space out of town.”
