Barratt Homes have now released the Nestle Apartments for sale on this historic site. It was formerly the home of the iconic Art Deco Nestle Factory where instant coffee was discovered and is now owned by Segro and Barratt.
The developers plan to build a massive 1,386 homes on this location.
The site will include over seven acres of new public parks and squares and a new 300m frontage into the Grand Union Canal open to the public. A children’s play area, community centre, gym and running track.
The area will also benefit from being 500m from Hayes and Harlington Crossrail station transporting residents to London in 20 minutes or Reading similarly.
