Jason Farrimond has been appointed director, land & new homes for Leaders Romans Group, working from LRG’s headquarters in Wokingham.
In his new role Jason, who has worked his way through LRG over the past 12 years, works closely with developers and advises on appropriate housing mixes, marketing strategies, internal layouts and specifications as well as providing development appraisals and market insights.
For the past four years he has been associate director within the land & new homes team. This followed spells as group residential development manager, land & new homes market Intelligence manager and land & new homes development consultant.
Tim Foreman, managing director of land and new homes at LRG, said: “During his time with LRG, Jason has risen to every challenge given to him and has gone out of his way to further his knowledge and qualifications in our industry.
