Two office deals in Bracknell, totalling almost 10,000 sq ft, have been completed by Thames Valley property consultancy Rare.

Acting on behalf of global automation software provider Basis Technologies, 3,750 sq ft of refurbished Grade A+ space has been acquired in the recently-refurbished One Arlington Square, a scheme completed by Capital London Investment Management.

Basis Technologies, originally founded in Melbourne, Australia, will move from Richmond, Surrey. Better motorway access, extensive on-site amenities and the availability of fully-fitted Grade A+ space offered on competitive terms were primary reasons given for the choice of space. Fryer Commercial represented the landlord.

And, acting on behalf of Priory RE, Rare, acting jointly with Savills Management, has leased 6,030 sq ft at Inspired in Easthampstead Road  to Norbain SD.

Jonathan Mannings, founder and managing director of Rare, said: “Bracknell is currently having an excellent run of leasing activity reflecting the availability of well located, quality options available in the town, offered on competitive terms.

“These deals follow quickly on the heels of lettings we concluded at the start of the year at Inspired, totalling over 30,000 sq ft, on behalf of Priory. And we will be announcing further lettings in the town shortly.”

The Bracknell office market has bucked in recent times and Fryer Commercial has revealed a host of deals in the town.
