Sav Patel has joined Lanpro’s Cambridge office as an associate director.
He joins from Strutt & Parker, also in Cambridge. Prior to that he was principal planner at Cambridge City Council for six years, during which time he was the principal planning officer (housing delivery) for the Cambridge Investment Partnership, a joint venture with Hill Residential.
Tom Pike, director of planning for Lanpro, said: “We are very pleased to welcome Sav to Lanpro, where he will be of immense value. Sav has extensive experience in the housing sector, alongside education, commercial and other sectors. As Cambridge continues to be the focus for substantial growth, these skills will be invaluable in supporting our rapidly expanding team.”
Sav said: “I’m delighted to have started my new role at Lanpro and buildings on the continued success to take my career to the next level. I am particularly looking forward to working on renewable energy schemes, as well as continuing to work on housing and commercial proposals with new and existing clients.
“I’m also looking forward to working with my new colleagues and build on the growth strategy.”
