Thames Valley housebuilder TA Fisher has acquired the site of a former Jewson near Wallingford for a new residential development.

The 0.65-acre site, at The Street in Crowmarsh Gifford, is earmarked for around 15 new homes.

The site includes a brick and flint listed building at the front (right of centre in image) which will be retained and integrated into the development.

Development director Steve Davies said: “We are delighted to have acquired this cracking little site in the heart of historic Crowmarsh Gifford and look forward to working with our design team and local stakeholders to transform this redundant yard into something special.”
