Park View, a residential development by the Blenheim Estate’s build partner Pye Homes in Woodstock, has won praise from one of its new residents.

Management consultant Chris Coe and his wife, Trudy lived in the North Oxfordshire area for 30 years and had long-pondered a short move to Woodstock. Park View became the obvious choice.

UK Property Forums’ partners Pye Homes and the Blenheim Estate are currently marketing the final release of the striking development of sustainable homes, designed to suit the local vernacular.

Chris said: “Within a day of us moving in, the site manager had already introduced himself, and he and his team have been exceptional ever since – the workmanship reflects the pride that the build team have for what they are doing.”

He added: “We love being a part of Park View’s development and all that Woodstock has to offer, including Blenheim Palace, which is just a short journey down the road.”

Park View is designed to centre around supporting and integrating with the local community, while maintaining high standards of sustainability. The homes are a short walk from the centre of historic Woodstock and its rare selection of shops, cafes and pubs.

Features such as natural Cotswold stone walls, lime render and timber windows are designed to reflect the style typical in Woodstock.

Currently available homes include The Collett, a two-bedroom semi-detached home with allocated parking; The Hawksmoor, a double-fronted, three-bedroom semi-detached home with a single garage; and, for those seeking something larger, The Herbert is a five-bedroom detached home with a double garage.
