The Berkshire Property Awards is targeted at projects, people, and places that are located across the county of Berkshire and will be judged by a panel with extensive experience and knowledge. For the sake of clarity, this covers the property sectors (office, industrial, retail, science and residential) located in the county of Berkshire. The Judges will be looking for submissions that cover the 12 months in 2023 but can cover a wider time frame if the gestation period has been over longer than 12 months. All submissions must also reflect the local market with a nod towards the county of Berkshire. Where possible site visits from the Judges will take place but this may not always be possible – note that full a list of the Terms & Conditions as listed on the individual submission forms.

- Friday 6th September – Awards submission deadline
- Monday 30th September – Short List announced
- Thursday 7th November – The Berkshire Property Awards at Reading Town Hall, Blagrave Street, Reading, RG1 1QH
HOW TO ENTER
Evidence can be financial/numerical, including past awards or just your own carefully crafted words. However, it must all be wrapped up in a short document (two pages A4 text max, excluding images and supporting photos) with supporting hi-res photos, a hi-res logo (jpeg or eps) or video.
