New for 2022 we have introduced OxProp Summit into the agenda for the Oxfordshire property market. OxProp Summit (23rd March) has been designed in partnership with Oxford City Council and will take a view (thus the title!) on the Oxford development pipleline. What are the issues driving the City of Oxford and how can they be integrated into the debate to help solve the many pressing issues facing the City of Oxford. This event will compliment OxProp Fest (14th September) which will be held at Bicester Motion again and include Walks, Talks, Expo and Awards. A real celebration of the Oxfordshire property market.

About this award:

Using references from clients and other supporting evidence, all submissions will need to reflect the scope and depth of your successes in Oxfordshire. Having an office in Oxfordshire is not essential for this award.
About this award:
Planning activity across Oxfordshire continues to be intense. As new developments come on stream and submitted, private and public sector clients and private clients are increasingly turning to planning consultants for advice and guidance. Planning consultants need to demonstrate in their submissions a clear strategy to answer the brief, a logical process to achieve planning permission and feedback from their client post submission. Alternative measures could include investment in sustainable approaches to business or adoption of creative ways which encourage growth and loyalty. Having an office in Oxfordshire is not essential for this award.
About this award:
New housing is an important part of Oxfordshire’s vision for growth. This award recognises a housing development (or developer) which manages to achieve the proverbial holy grail of matching the needs of the planners, the local community and help to fulfils the needs of Oxfordshire’s housing plans. Submissions need to showcase an approach to quality design, placemaking, materials and the procurement process helping to ensure the successful completion of the project. To be accepted, the project must have been completed or a section have been finished in 2020 and could include designs for Garden Towns and Urban Villages.
About this award:
Industrial, science and office development activity across the whole of Oxfordshire has been strong. This award encourages submissions from development teams who have been involved with new projects in these sectors and can demonstrate that the buildings have matched the clients brief and are part of the Local Plan to generate new income for Oxfordshire. Attaching references from clients and other supporting evidence will always help the judges in their deliberations.
About this award:
Judges are looking for the creation of new space, which is designed to a high standard, generates a genuine change in workstyle for the occupiers, and becomes a catalyst for new ways of working, generating genuine innovation and successful growth of the businesses. Entries can include interior projects which are inspirational for the occupiers and have a high level of design. Attaching references from clients and other supporting evidence will always help the judges in their deliberations.
About this award:
A special award for a special project. Entries for this award will showcase Oxfordshire’s finest new quality buildings which answer the client’s brief, and which become inspirational for the users and the wider community. Alternatively, it could include a new build project which has been constructed to a high-level of finish, design and procurement. About this award:
Oxfordshire is seen as a location for fast growth businesses which explore the world of innovation and collaboration. Bicester Motion is very much part of this world and we want to identify an idea, product, service or person which reflects this spirit of innovation and brings a warm feeling to the market after the carnage caused by COVID-19. This award does not have to be rooted in property but does need to show ambition and a connection to the unique benefits of doing business in Oxfordshire.
About this award:
A celebration of a person under 35 years of age, who has showed leadership and is an inspiration to others around them. Submissions need to demonstrate, not only how the individual has become an integral part of the business, but also how they have shown responsibility beyond their age. Examples of successful project delivery may include evidence of success from their ‘clients’ in the form of references and case studies. This could include graduates, apprentices and junior members of the team who have recently joined the company.
About this award:
Nominations are encouraged from across the property sector from individual, or teams, who have been integral to the success of the Oxfordshire property market over a period of time and have not just been a one-hit wonder, so to speak. They must be able to demonstrate not only personal success in their business but also show evidence of helping to fulfil the goals and aspirations of their colleagues. When submitting a Team for the award, we will be looking for a team effort beyond the call of the normal working day, especially relevant over the past difficult 12 months. For this award, a long list of submissions will be submitted to the Judges and the winner will be announced at the in the final presentation of the evening by the joint chair of the judges, Nigel Tipple and Matthew Battle.
