Plans for up to 115 homes and four hectares of sports pitches and open space have been submitted to Buckinghamshire Council.

BDW Trading has submitted plans to develop two parcels of land, totalling eight hectares, on the edge of the larger Kingsbrook development in Aylesbury. The site faces the A418 in Bierton.

The application proposes a mix of market and affordable homes while the sports facilities will include a cricket pitch and changing areas.

More than 80 objections were lodged within a week of the application appearing on the Aylesbury Vale planning portal.

The team on the project includes Armstrong Rigg on planning and IDP Architects.
