Two refurbished units at an industrial estate in Banbury, totalling 13,000 sq ft, have been let to eCargo bike provider Electric Assisted Vehicles (EAV).
White Commercial completed the letting of Unit 6 & 7 Wates Way on the Acre Estate at the Wildmere Industrial Estate, on behalf of landlord Mileway.
Lewis Stallard, project engineer at EAV, said: “We have relocated from a site in Upper Heyford, Bicester, to the Acre Estate since consolidating our supply chain and currently have 25 people employed with us on site, whilst we continue working with teams in Asia and throughout the UK and Italy.
“Moving into a newly refurbished site has raised all of our standards and has given us all a boost. We’ve just landed our biggest order to date, and we look forward to sustained growth in the business on the Acre Estate after securing a long-term lease!”.
The deal follows two other successful lettings at the scheme also handled by White Commercial: Unit 9, Wates Way to DB Foods (6,700 sq ft) and Unit 10, Wates Way to IST INTECH (19,000 sq ft).
