Galliford Try has taken 15,000 sq ft at HBD’s Blake House scheme in Uxbridge.
HBD refurbished and extended the building at Cowley Business Park which now has a total 31,638 sq ft of Grade A space.
Simon Quine, development surveyor at HBD, said: “To get this deal agreed and completed mid-pandemic is a positive sign for the market – despite the doom and gloom, it’s not all dire and a quality building will attract a quality tenant.
“We’ve no doubt Blake House will provide Galliford Try with a great, modern new HQ.”
Cushman and Wakefield and Michael Rogers are agents for the scheme.
