Plans have been submitted for a 166, 042 sq m industrial/logistics park at Little Chesterton near Bicester.
Tritax Symmetry has applied to Cherwell District Council to build nine units on a 48.92-hectare site of arable farming land to be known as Tritax Park, Oxford.
The site, close to J9 of the M40, wraps around the Siemens Healthineers site which is currently under construction.
Buildings vary in size from 9127 sq m to 29,496 sq m and the scheme allows for a total 1,349 car parking spaces.
The application’s design & access statement states: “The provision of a diverse range of accommodation, in size, specification and tenure ensures that the development appeals to the widest possible occupier market.
“In this way, the scheme responds and accommodates requirements from a wide range of occupiers, with flexibility to facilitate growth over time.”
The team on the project includes Framptons on planning and SGP on architecture and The Environmental Dimension Partnership on archaeology.
