Plans for 210 homes at Whitchurch, Hampshire have been revealed in a scoping opinion request to Basingstoke & Deane Borough Council.
Tetra Tech, on behalf of David Wilson Homes, has submitted the housebuilder’s request for its plans to build on part of a 28.1-hectare agricultural site to the south of Winchester Street.
The subsequent hybrid application will also include a 600 sq m medical centre and community hub and 4,200 sq m of assisted living accommodation.
The site is close to two other development sites, one where two football pitches are being created and another which is a housing scheme at Mill Springs.
