Savills, on behalf of a Suttons Investments, has completed the sale of 16 Albert Way in Chatteris, Cambridgeshire for £2 million.

The 39,708 sq ft warehouse building, currently let to Macfarlane Packaging Group on a 10-year lease, has been acquired by SJH Commercial. The letting produces £187,000 per annum.

The 2.98-hectare site includes a gravel car park to the south of the property, providing around 60 spaces. The location is within a residential area to the north of Chatteris, a rural Fenland town.

James Anderson in the commercial agency team at Savills Peterborough, said:  “This sale provides the new owners with secure income and future development potential subject to planning permission.”
