Abrdn UK Real Estate Fund, advised by Savills, has completed two new industrial lettings at Axis Park, Manasty Road in Peterborough.
Aebi Schmidt, global provider of intelligent solutions, has taken 19,940 sq ft at Units 10 &11 on a 10-year lease while Taipec, a bubble tea supplier, will occupy Unit 9 extending to 9,970 sq ft, also for a 10-year term.
The refurbished units benefit from 5.4m eaves height, office space, and full height electrically operated loading doors. Externally, there are solar panels and EV charging.
The park, in Orton Southgate, is close to the A1. Nearby occupiers include Yodel, Steinel UK Ltd, XL Displays and Royal Mail.
