Plans for an industrial scheme of almost 400,0000 sq ft have been submitted to Buckinghamshire Council.

Wilson Bowden Developments has applied for full planning permission to build seven units of employment space, totalling 399,865 sq ft, which form part of the 2,450-home mixed-use Kingsbrook development in Broughton, near Aylesbury.

The units will range from 28,000 sq ft to 107,300 sq ft across the 15.2-hectare employment land within the site, which sits to the east of the existing Mike Griffin Way/ roundabout junction with the new Bellingham Way.

The team on the project includes SGP on architecture and masterplanning, WBD on planning and BWB on transport, environment, flooding, drainage, sustainability and noise.
