Dynasty Estates and Vinsani Holdings have jointly acquired two industrial units, totalling 51,927 sq ft, in Huntingdon.
Savills, acting on behalf of Lil Packaging, has completed the sale of Units 8 and 9 Glebe Road, off St Pater’s Road in the north of the town for £2.85 million.
The two industrial units are linked by a tunnel to for moving goods between them.
Nearby occupiers include Hotel Chocolat, Aliaxis UK, Fedex, Stein Hoff UK Beds, Miers Construction Products and Lil Packaging.
Following the sale, a 9,773 sq ft section of Unit 9 is available to rent through Savills.
Edward Gee, associate director in the business space team at Savills Peterborough, said: “We are pleased to have completed the sale of Units 8 and 9 Glebe Road.
“The site is located in a well-established industrial area and is an ideal location for Vinsani Holdings to continue to grow and service their customers.”
