Buckinghamshire housebuilder Rectory Homes has applied to build up to 66 units on land at Aston Clinton.

The SME developer has applied to Buckinghamshire Council for outline consent to build a scheme of one to five-bedroom homes on 3.6 hectares, comprising three grass paddocks, east of College Road South. Access will be from College Road South.

The application includes an affordable homes proportion of 25 per cent.

A previous plan for up to 89 homes was refused in 2019.

The team on the project includes Thames Tap partner WWA Studios on architecture, CDS Planning on planning, mode on transport and MJA Consulting on flood risk.
