Plans for a 70-room motel and drive-thru/diner near Witney have been submitted to West Oxfordshire District Council.
Santori Holdings has submitted plans to develop a 0-7-hectare site of a detached house at Shores Green on the western edge of the town, accessed from the B4022.
Under the proposals the house, called The Paddocks, will be demolished for a three-story motel with single-storey, 65-seat diner, along with a car park for 94 cars, which includes 22 EV charging spaces. There will also be 38 cycle spaces.
The team on the project includes DuCroz Architects, Carter Jonas on planning, HVJ Transport on transport planning and MHP Design on landscape architecture.
