Plans for 82 homes at Overton in Hampshire go before councillors on Wednesday (April 28) with a recommendation for approval.
The plans, drawn up by Fluid Architecture and put forward by Bewley Homes and Romanina Real Estate, are for a range of properties from one to five bedrooms on 6.55 hectares of agricultural land off Two Gate Lane. The scheme will include 33 affordable homes.
Basingstoke & Deane Borough Council’s development control committee has been recommended to approve the scheme on the condition that a legal agreement is entered into.
A second application for construction of a new access junction to the site, connecting to the B3400 London Road and a new single carriageway road to the south of Two Gate Lane, has also been recommended for approval.
