Nicola Lynn has joined property consultancy Bidwells as director of compliance.
She joins from law firm Taylor Vinters where she was risk and compliance officer.
Her role will focus on strengthening best practice, preventing both financial crime and money laundering as well as implementing consistent due diligence of new clients.
Bidwells managing director Catherine Spitzer said: “Ensuring we are compliant with fast-changing industry regulations is more important than ever. We are very excited to have Nicola on board as she arrives with a first-class reputation.”
