Turnstone Estates have appointed Natalie Greig as an associate director, to help deliver the firms development pipeline.
Ms Greig is an experienced manager, gaining experience particularly on student accommodation and mixed-use schemes across the UK, where she has moved projects through complex pre-planning issues, being aided by her passion for placemaking,
Her portfolio includes Powls Place, a £10.5 million student accommodation scheme in Aberdeen, a £30.5 million mixed-use regeneration scheme in Colchester, and Sheraton Park in Durham, a £20 million mixed-use scheme with student accommodation, offices, a bar, community room and an international sculpture park.
Director at Turnstone Estates Tim Deacon said ‘I am delighted to welcome Natalie to Turnstone. She has extensive experience in complex mixed-use and urban regeneration projects. Having secured planning permission on three key mixed-use schemes in the last 12 months Natalie’s skills will complement the existing senior management team to help us deliver our development pipeline”.
Ms Greig joins them from Alumno Group, where she was senior development manager and has also worked in central London as a project manager.
