Catalyst has appointed two new senior development directors to its Counties New Homes team.
Claire Bishop has been appointed director of development delivery and David Foster as director of land, partnerships and pre-construction.
Claire joins from housing association bhpa while Mr Foster joins from Clarion, where he was regional director of partnerships for the housing association’s central region
Both will report to Joe Marshall, the recently appointed managing director of New Homes (Counties) which has a special focus on the Oxford – Cambridge Arc.
He said: “I’m really pleased to welcome both Claire and David to the Counties New Homes team. I was really impressed with how both fully understood Catalyst’s ambition to build homes people love and I also know they’ll work really well with the rest of the team.
“It’s an exciting time for us at Catalyst as we work towards building new affordable homes and creating new partnerships across the counties.”
