Barratt Homes has revealed that its Ceres Rise development in Swaffham will be ready to reserve from September 25, through agent William H Brown.
Following construction recently commencing on the scheme, the housebuilder has announced that homes will be available to reserve later this month.
The two-, three- and four-bedroom houses are aimed at first time buyers, young professionals, downsizers and families. Its Norwich Road location also lends itself to commuters, with easy access to the A47.

As part of the development, over £600,000 will be invested into the community and Swaffham, including in schools, transport and sports facilities.
