Up to 10 industrial units are proposed in a 1.5 million sq ft industrial scheme in Banbury.
Greystoke CB has applied to Cherwell District Council, via Pegasus, to build the scheme on a 66.15-hectare site east of J11 of the M40. The site is to the north east of the town centre.
Greystoke is seeking Outline permission for a B8 (storage or distribution) scheme on the greenfield, agricultural site which, the applicant says, would create up to 1,915 full-time equivalent jobs. An existing farmhouse would be demolished.
The site is next to 13-hectare Frontier Park, a scheme by Monte Blackburn, which is currently under construction.
