Places for People has submitted plans for residential development of up to 10 storeys at Dove Lane, Bristol.
The developer plans to provide 385 homes, 75 of which will be affordable, and 536 sq m of flexible ‘Class E’ floorspace across seven buildings on the 1.72-hectare brownfield site, which will range from three to ten storeys.
Designed by Glenn Howells Architects, the new proposal replaces a previous scheme that achieved outline planning permission for up to 250 homes and up to 32,442 sq m of commercial space but was never realised.
The application was received by Bristol City Council on April 5 and is currently pending consideration.
If approved, construction could start by the end of the year.
