Acting for landlord Dencora, Rare Commercial Property has let 3,056 sq ft of offices at Winnersh Fields to training company Media First.
The firm, which provides media and communications training, has taken a 10-year lease at a commencing rent of £23.50 per sq ft, and will relocate from Reading town centre. A comprehensive refit of the Winnersh space is being carried out by Mobius.
Following successful lettings at Unit 4 and 5 Winnersh Fields, the only remaining space is the recently refurbished 3,084 sq ft office on the first floor of Unit 5.
Rare surveyor Lewis Pearson said: “Media First are an expanding company who have recently acquired new premises in Central London and Winnersh to accommodate new studio facilities.
