Cross Keys Homes (CKH) has obtained planning permission for uts Northminster development in central Peterborough.
CKH acquired the site earlier in the summer and now has approval for 315 homes, aiming to deliver a mix of one, two and three-bedroom homes on the site.
The scheme will provide quality apartments across two connected wings and a number of townhouses at ground floor level.
Seating and open public spaces are included in the designs, while residents will also benefit from a private communal courtyard as well as balconies and other roof terraces.
The development will also include two retail units, as well as affordable housing.
Willmott Dixon will be contractor for the scheme, working with Corstorphine & Wright architects, planning consultants ELG, structural engineers SBK and MEP engineers Briggs and Forrester.

Demolition and site clearance has already taken place, with the main construction works set to start early in September.
The first completed homes are expected by summer 2024.
