Airport systems provider ADB Safegate has taken space at Waterside Court in Langley as part of its expansion programme.

The firm, headquartered in Belgium and with offices across North America, Europe, Asia, Africa and Australia, wanted close proximity to Heathrow Airport while seeking somewhere less congested than most and chose a 1,711 sq ft suite at the RO Real Estate development.

ADB Safegate has taken a 10-year lease at what is one of Langley’s main commercial areas. Blue-chip occupiers include Osram, Sixt and Vestel.

Ed Davidson, asset management director at RO Real Estate, said: “Langley is proving to be a popular location for many businesses that want easy access to Heathrow airport, whilst benefitting from an excellent parking ratio and easy access to Central London via the Elizabeth Line.

“We have worked hard to develop the tenant mix during the course of our ownership and are pleased to be curating a diverse mix that will benefit from the long-term fundamentals of the location and the high-quality office buildings which benefit from air-conditioning, LED lighting and raised access floors.  We wish the company every success in their new UK base.”

RO Real Estate was advised by Vail Williams and De Souza while ADB Safegate was not represented.
