Blenheim Estate Homes has announced new releases at its Park View development in Woodstock, which neighbours Blenheim Palace.
The housebuilder has released a range of high specification homes including the two-bedroom semi-detached design called The Collett, a three-bedroom semi-detached home called The Vanderbilt (pictured), three-bedroom semi-detached design called The Sargent and a five-bedroom detached called The Herbert.
Park View, developed by Blenheim Estate Homes’ long-standing development partner, Pye Homes, is designed to recognise its history while offering contemporary living. Prices start from £545,000.
Roger File, managing director – real estate, said: “Our aspiration has been, and continues to be, to build the conservation areas of the future; we believe Park View’s design standards are of the highest quality, and complement and enhance the 300-year-old legacy of its neighbour, Blenheim Palace.
“These latest homes we’re releasing are a wonderful opportunity to create a forever home in special surroundings.”
Blenheim Estate Homes is still accepting applications for the last of its three new shared ownership properties at Park View; available for a 40 per cent share at £250,000.
