Patch Gloucester, part of the £107 million Forum scheme, is now complete ahead of a January 5 opening date.
The 17,000 sq ft workplace is the serviced office provider’s largest site to date, providing private offices, co-working studios, dedicated desks and event spaces.
Gloucester-based family business Cobus Spaces completed the office fit-out.
Lloyd Coldrick, managing director of Cobus Spaces, said: “We’re very proud to have played a central role in bringing Patch Gloucester to life.
“Our team brought our decades of expertise to the project, collaborating closely with Patch to help realise their design-led, community-focused vision.”
The space reflects a ‘modern, design-led and sustainable approach in line with The Forum’s green credentials’.
Freddie Fforde, founder of Patch, said: “With the fit-out complete and final preparations now underway, Patch Gloucester is already starting to feel like the vibrant, community-driven hub we set out to create – flexible, inspiring and built for modern ways of working.
“We look forward to welcoming members and visitors when we open in early January.”
The Forum development is being led by Gloucester City Council in partnership with Reef + Partners.
The wider mixed-use scheme includes 135,000 sq ft of Grade A office space, a hotel, car park, retail and residential units.
Peter Langly-Smith, managing director at Reef + Partners, added: “This is a major milestone for The Forum and a proud moment for everyone involved.
“Our vision was for The Forum to become a vibrant city-centre hub, and Patch’s spaces will bring real dynamism to Gloucester.
“We look forward to seeing their doors open in January and to welcoming more inspiring businesses to The Forum in the new year.”
Cllr Jeremy Hilton, leader of Gloucester City Council, said: “Having the new Patch flagship based here in Gloucester – and even better, in The Forum – is a major win for our city.
“Seeing Patch open its doors will be a fantastic start to a year in which The Forum will continue to bring new jobs and investment, revitalising our city and delivering significant benefits to the local economy.”
