Benedicts Surveyors has appointed Sophie Holder as associate director.
Sophie, previously a key member of Savills’ Oxford commercial team, has wide-ranging experience across commercial property agency and lease advisory, strategic consultancy and landlord and tenant matters.
She has advised a broad portfolio of clients, including institutional landlords, investors, developers and local authorities.
She said: “I am delighted to be joining Benedicts Surveyors and look forward to continuing to work with valued clients, both longstanding and new, across Oxfordshire.”
