Outline plans have been submitted for up to 415 homes on agricultural land at Hook in Hampshire.
Wilbur Developments has submitted the outline proposals to Hart District Council for the redevelopment of six parcels of land totalling 40.1 hectares at Owens Farm in Newnham Road.
The scheme proposes a 40 per cent proportion of affordable homes and more than half the space will be open space under the scheme. However, dozens of objections have already been lodged.
The team on the project includes Corstophine & Wright on architecture and transport infrastructure, Woolf Bond on planning and EDP on heritage impacts.
