Pigeon, the independent property company based in Bury St Edmunds, has appointed Duncan Jenkins as land director in its land promotion team.

Mr Jenkins is a chartered town planner and joins from Cambridge-based Endurance Estates where he spent 15 years as projects director. Prior to that, he was director of planning at Lands Improvement Holdings.

Mr Jenkins said: “Pigeon has a reputation for long-term thinking and delivering results for landowners, underpinned by a highly capable and committed team. The business has an enviable land promotion portfolio which is reinforced by a clear and well-judged plan for growth, and I’m pleased to be joining at an exciting point to help progress strategic land opportunities across the UK.”
