Savills, on behalf of Eagle Street Partners ACO4 Limited, has advised on two new office lettings at WestPoint in Peterborough.

The Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply (CIPS) will take 12,445 sq ft and Charis Grants, 5,414 sq ft. Both are on the first floor of the building with each taking new 10 year leases.

WestPoint is a grade A office space with amenities including an on-site café, on-site gym and sports hall and concierge services. Nearby occupiers include Bauer Media, Royal Haskoning and Western Union.

Edward Gee, director in the commercial agency team at Savills Peterborough, said: “CIPS and Charis will make a welcome additions at WestPoint which is almost fully let with only one suite remaining in the building which is 11,926 sq ft.

“WestPoint is set in over 20 acres of landscaped grounds offering tenants scenic views and excellent amenities in addition to the high quality office space modern office that occupiers require.”

Savills acted as joint agents alongside DTRE. Carter Jonas advised CIPS and Charis Grants were unrepresented.
